The Donbas seceded from Ukraine. That was bad. Taiwan wants independence from China. That is good. Huh? The West is playing a silly game.
Putin said that he was initiating a 'special military operation' to secure the independence of all of Donbas. Was that good or bad? The West says bad, but they need to explain Taiwan and Yugoslavia before we accept it on the surface. The West, leaders and press said that his goal was to 'reconstitute the Soviet Union'. He never said that, but they know better.
Now, Russia is solidifying its protective shield over the Donbas. The Western leaders and press are now saying that Putin is losing and scaling back his objective to just Eastern Ukraine. But he said that was his goal to begin with. Goofy.

After Dobbs v Jackson, people are saying they want to move to Canada? Why? There is no part of Canada that allows abortion after 23 weeks. And, of course, nowhere in Europe are abortions legal after 24 weeks. So, if one really feels that access abortion is so important, the best thing to do is move to California. It has the most Progressive abortion laws pretty much anywhere, save China, North Korea, and Vietnam. Honestly, if this is your thing, then you should move to California. Whatever state you are in, they will celebrate your departure.
